Concept, in partnership with Thera/IBM, created a system to automate the selling power of Alfieri & St. John.
This solution allows the optimization of the flux of information from and towards the sale force, automate ordering process, accelerate sale cycle, manage the sale workflow on time and improve the aspects of communication with the agents.
The realization of the project has engaged the working staff for 10 days each one, including the analysis, the installation and testing the system. The package is managed in ASP mode, so it won't need intervention by company's specialized personnel.
Thanks to the use of Framework "OmniBusiness" from Thera, and to the collaboration of Concept, Alfieri & St. John was able, in a very short time and for a very interesting price, to equip itself with a system of sale power support ready and able to interface with the management system, present in the house.
