"Customer Centric, the direct marketing at the customer's service".
It's called, Customer Centric the new agency guided by Marcello Cividini, specialized on direct marketing and on Consumer Relationship Management.
Aside from offering traditional services as consulting, list broking and traditional database, the agency adds services of Consumer Relationship Management, through a technological apparatus and a list of specialists that work inside the structure.
Customer Centric is structured as a group composed by Concept, Couponline and Web in Progress.
On the press conference, held on November 21st, there will be a presentation that will illustrate the strategies of the company. There will be also a seminary on what consumer relationship management means, and how to render it active.
Customer Centric's head office is located at via Meda 38 in Milan.
