Emerson SICE launches the product NFinity (new generation UPS) and chooses Concept for the development of Web-based applications for the support of its company's workflow.
The NFinity project allows the exchange of data related to the production towards the suppliers, utilizing the web as the channel.
Such solution results a winner: It releases the producers (third parties) from the ERP, maintaining the logical applications centralized and allowing an easy transportability of information.
The main Key of the project is the integration between ERP (J.D. Edwards on AS/400), Web (WebObject 4.5 on NT) and field applications.
